POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is designed for a creative, strategic, and goal oriented individual who knows how to execute. Applicants will be expected to create, direct, and carry out the company’s customer  acquisition processes and programs including but not limited to paid marketing ops, social media strategy, synergistic partnerships, guerilla marketing tactics, loyalty and referral programs, and customer prospecting. Applicants should have a strong desire to be involved with a true start up company and have aspirations for wanting to help direct the company’s growth process. This role is a hybrid role between sales and marketing strategy and will work alongside the Director of Customer Experience to help the company grow. This position will report directly to the CEO.
 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

-  Create an orderly architecture for managing customer inquiries and leads
- Outline multi-channel plan across social, paid search, partnerships, media advertising, direct cold calling, and event coordination to build out customer base
- Establish and achieve short term and midterm sales goals and customer growth goals
- Analyze and report on company growth and marketing program success rates
- Attention to both B2C growth as well as B2B opportunities
- Work alongside Director of Customer Experience to build new growth strategies
 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE

-    Bachelor Degree required; focus in sales, marketing and/or business development is a plus
- 3-5 years experience in sales, new business development, and marketing
- Superb writing, communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Preferred 2-3 years experience with CRM tools, paid search tools, and social media buys as well as an intimate understanding and familiarity with the key success metrics for each
- Ability to work independently as well as on a small team and handle on-the-fly adjustment
- Prior experience with both B2C and B2B customer growth and sales strategies
